The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998/133 (PPIP Act):

  • gives you the right to see and ask for changes to be made to your personal information.
  • allows you to make a complaint to the NSW Privacy Commissioner  if you believe a NSW public sector agency has misused your personal information or breached one of the IPPs.

Protecting children’s privacy

Even though our website is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 16, we realize that a child under the age of 16 may attempt to access our website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16.
